Custom Web Application Development

Orders were managed in dozens of Excel files sent by email. Errors crept in, work was duplicated, and no one had a clear picture of real stock or order status.

We built a web application for order and stock management, with roles and approval flows, integrated directly with the invoicing system via API. The rollout was iterative, with feedback sessions from the team.

As the team got used to the application, requests for new features appeared, which we develop iteratively. The system became the backbone of daily operations, and centralised data opened the door to reporting and analytics that were impossible before, when everything was scattered across spreadsheets.

Management had no overview of projects, team workload and profitability. Reports were made manually, weekly, and were already out of date by the time they hit the table.

We developed an internal dashboard with live KPIs, connected to the existing data sources (projects, time tracking, invoicing). Data updates automatically, and access is segmented by role.

With KPIs at hand, management started making faster, better-grounded decisions, from team allocation to project prioritisation. The dashboard became the starting point of weekly meetings, replacing guesswork-based discussions with up-to-date figures.

Appointments were made exclusively by phone, which led to overlaps, a crowded front desk and lost patients. No-shows were frequent and costly.

We built an online booking application with resource management (doctors, rooms, equipment), automatic confirmations and reminders via SMS and email, and synchronisation across most clinics.

Patients appreciate the convenience of managing their own appointments, and the clinics gained capacity without hiring extra front-desk staff. Demand data now helps plan doctors and rooms better, reducing both waiting times and gaps in the schedule.
