From dozens of spreadsheets to a single app
Orders were managed in dozens of Excel files sent by email. Errors crept in, work was duplicated, and no one had a clear picture of real stock or order status.
We built a web application for order and stock management, with roles and approval flows, integrated directly with the invoicing system via API. The rollout was iterative, with feedback sessions from the team.
As the team got used to the application, requests for new features appeared, which we develop iteratively. The system became the backbone of daily operations, and centralised data opened the door to reporting and analytics that were impossible before, when everything was scattered across spreadsheets.
