For each order, someone copied the data manually into the invoicing software and then into the courier system, updating stock separately. It was slow, monotonous and generated errors in addresses and quantities.

We built an automated flow that takes the order from the store, issues the invoice, generates the courier waybill and updates stock — all without human intervention. Errors are flagged automatically for review.

As order volume grew, the team didn't need to grow proportionally, because the automated flow scales on its own. The recovered time was redirected to customer relationships and business development, and processing mistakes have practically disappeared.

Every week, someone spent hours gathering data from multiple sources and manually assembling a report in Excel. It was error-prone and always late.

We built an automated flow that extracts data from all sources, consolidates it with the same rules every time and sends the ready-formatted report, at a fixed time, by email and Slack.

Consistent reports, delivered on time, improved the quality of management decisions. Removing repetitive manual work also boosted team morale, as people now work on analysis and conclusions, not on copying values from one system to another.

Customer data lived in two systems (CRM and ERP), out of sync and full of duplicates. Teams worked with different information, which led to mistakes and confusion.

We built a bidirectional integration between CRM and ERP, with deduplication and conflict-resolution rules. A change in one system propagates automatically to the other, keeping data clean.

With a single source of truth, errors caused by contradictory data disappeared from the customer relationship. The integration became the foundation on which further automations can now be built, from invoicing to reporting, without ever questioning data accuracy.
